Molding
The Shubh Labh Casting production infrastructure is set up on an area of 100000 sq. ft., out of which the main production building is built on 43000 sq. ft. with an office building of 10000 sq. ft. The production facility is designed by industry professionals who have extensive experience in the foundry industry.
For Molding, SLC has installed a High Pressure Molding Machine from Sinto Japan, the Model being FCMX-II. Sinto’s HPML offers very high productivity with complete automation with complete integration with the sand plant and the subsequent pouring lines, primary cooling line, secondary cooling conveyor, mold dumper and the proposed on-line shot blasting machine.
