The objectives of the Joint Venture is to integrate RWP’s technical capabilities with SLC’s strengths in terms of infrastructure, pedigree and market reach and provide solutions to Customers’ needs. The JV offers an opportunity for SLC to offer products in alternate metals or processes or similar metals with enhanced physical properties as specified and demanded by the end user.
