Good quality cores are essential to ensure that we get castings with good quality and accuracies and the required design and the surface finish. SLC has installed best in class equipment for manufacture of cores.
The Core making facilities at Shubh Labh Casting have been setup to offer its customers the perfect balance of precision by way of utilization of the right type of core for every specific product through extensive facilities like:
- Cold box core shooters
- Shell core shooters
- No bake core making facility
- Core coating and drying facility
- Core oven
The core shop with cold box & shell core facilities is equipped with adequate number of machines with cold box process to match the moulding line requirements. SLC also has proven capability of core assemblies to meet the requirements of the customers.
