Client Requirement & Engineering Support

Our engineering team works closely with customer drawings and specifications to define suitable material grades and casting parameters. The Sinto Flaskless Moulding Line (FCMX-II), automated sand plant, and core-making processes support each requirement to ensure dimensional accuracy and application-specific performance.

Planned Quality Control Across Production

A structured process approach is followed to maintain consistency across production. Defined quality checkpoints support stable execution and reliable casting performance throughout the entire process, from controlled melting in induction furnaces to machining on Computer Numerical Control (CNC) and Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines, as well as in-house testing and inspection.
