Production Facilities

Our facility is designed to support efficient, large-scale casting
production with a focus on quality, consistency,
and operational reliability.

Sand Plant

Sand preparation is a critical factor in achieving consistent mould strength and a smooth surface finish. Proper control of permeability is essential to allow the mould to perform effectively during the casting process.

Shubhlabh Casting LLP has installed an advanced sand plant from EIRICH, operated through a SCADA-based PLC system. This ensures a high level of automation, significantly reducing manual intervention. The fully controlled process enables consistent preparation of moulding sand, resulting in improved surface quality and overall casting performance.

Core Shop

High-quality cores are essential to achieve accurate geometries, internal structures, and the desired surface finish in castings.

The core-making facility at Shubhlabh Casting LLP is equipped with advanced systems designed to deliver precision and consistency. The setup ensures the selection and production of the most suitable core for each specific product, enabling accurate results across a wide range of casting applications.

Melting

Shubhlabh Casting LLP has established a modern CI and SG iron melting facility with a production capacity of 1200 MT per month.

The setup includes multiple crucible-based induction furnaces from Inductotherm, offering a melting capacity of approximately 4 tons per hour. These furnaces operate under controlled conditions, ensuring precise temperature management and consistent metallurgical properties.

The system is designed to provide accuracy, operational control, and reliability, supporting stable production and meeting diverse industrial requirements.

Molding

The production infrastructure is spread across a well-planned facility of approximately 100,000 sq. ft., with dedicated areas for manufacturing and operations.

The moulding process is supported by a high-capacity system from Sinto Japan (Model FCMX-II), designed for efficient and consistent production. The system integrates key stages such as sand preparation, pouring, and cooling, enabling smooth workflow and high productivity.

This setup ensures uniform casting quality, reduced manual dependency, and better process control across large-scale operations.

Fettling & Shorts Blasting

Once castings are released from the moulding process, they are transferred through a conveyor system to the shot blasting stage for initial surface cleaning.

Shot blasting involves the use of abrasive media under controlled conditions to remove surface impurities and improve finish quality. Following this, fettling and grinding operations are carried out to achieve the required dimensional accuracy and surface standards.

The facility is equipped with hanger-type and wire mesh-type machines, along with standard grinding equipment, ensuring consistent finishing across all cast components.

Supporting Infrastructure

The overall facility is designed to support efficient production flow and large-scale manufacturing operations. Spread across a substantial area, it includes dedicated spaces for production, handling, and administrative functions.

Designed by experienced industry professionals, the infrastructure ensures smooth coordination between processes, optimized workflow, and reliable output. The integrated setup supports consistent quality, operational efficiency, and scalability.
